Since then, TOR Construction has been one of Chicago’s leaders for concrete projects that are “unique” or “challenging” in nature. Our experienced field force and management team excel at projects that have complicated and intricate structural details, multiple phases and difficult logistics within the Chicago metro area. We specialize in concrete projects with heavily reinforced/tall foundations, shear walls, single sided sheet pile wall pours, retaining walls, theater systems (Geofoam and concrete), CIP decks and post tension slabs.
