T.O.R.C.H has taken upon itself the task to protect the India’s rich legacy and this will not be possible without support of each and every individual of this state . An active organisation aimed at fostering research, culture and heritage of the Telangana state. Supported by the Department of Language and Culture, Telangana State and run by the more energetic and skilled people of the industry. We started off as a team working in association with Government in Telangana and now we have more successful chapters coming up across the country.
