Bruschi is a third party manufacturer of high quality customized mechanical components, produced by turning. According to our market strategy, we focus on a productive support to all those companies that require products manufactured from bar stock in limited number, prototypes and small - medium series of all machinable materials, using high-tech production equipment. Our sliding head CNC lathes can produce, thanks to an appropriate programming, pieces with a diameter from 0.5 to 32 mm, while fixed head CNC lathes manufacture pieces with a diameter up to 70 mm. Sliding head CNC lathes can work on very long pieces, in special cases up to 1,300 mm, with an annual average of 550 production/batch changes per year. For this reason and in order to ensure the tolerances of difficult material and complex geometries, the company has an adequate metrology lab, in order to guarantee a steady quality.
