Tortuga Mexican Kitchen combines coastal-style Mexican cuisine with Caribbean and Cajun-style seafood, served alongside traditional Mexican-food favorites. We position this concept as “Tex-Mex with a twist.” The restaurant is located on the Galveston Seawall and is known for its famous hot, roasted salsa that is made fresh daily. Tortuga’s purpose is simply to provide great-tasting, high-quality Mexican food and beverages in a fun and friendly atmosphere, for people who crave a quality dining experience.
