T.O.S Distillerie is an heir to brewer’s know-how acquired over the last 19 years from “Brasserie Saint-Germain” known for its beer Page 24. It is a distillery founded in 2017 from the North of France. Our distiller, Katy Gravina is one of the few female distillers in France. It is her know-how that allows us to ensure the quality and authenticity of our products. Committed to the life of the region, we favour local supplies for the making of our products and respect a traditional know-how.
