Tire Organize Sanayi Bölgesi

Tire Organized Industrial Zone was established in 1993. In 1998, construction work for infrastructure and plot arrangement began. TOSBİ was divided into two areas, A and B. The industrial plots in TOSBİ cover a total area of 2,778,204 m². There are 176 industrial plots within the zone, ranging in size from 5,000 to 200,000 m². Of the plots available for sale by the OSB, 109 plots, totaling approximately 2,042,048 m², have been allocated to participants, which constitutes 70% of the saleable industrial plots.
