Our mission is to change the face of leadership and build inclusive cultures in organisations. We achieve this goal by providing the following three services: coaching, Labs (trainings), and consulting, via unique group experiences, and by offering individual and group coaching sessions for all levels of leadership.
Our Labs are a different take on traditional training programs, we do not tell or intellectualize learning. Instead, we create unique experiences that tap into emotions and shift mindsets, because we have proven that this is when learning really sticks. We believe we are emotional beings, more than thinking beings and this is the level we operate at. We apply learnings through practical application and provide space for creative learning techniques with a diverse range of speakers and facilitators. We develop new associations and perspectives by merging our content with the worlds of art, film, music, sports, coaching, meditation and more. It’s a full immersion into a different world, that opens your mind to new possibilities.
Our coaching covers mid-level leaders in small companies to executives at large global brands, with programs tailored to the needs of each person. We offer specialized Creative Leadership and Inclusive Leadership Coaching with coaches who have deep experience in these areas. All of our coaches have expertise in Leadership Development, with strong credentials in Neuroscience, Psychology, Co-Active Coaching and Behavioral Analysis.
Our consulting covers an array of expertise from DEI to HR to Talent Management and Strategy.
All our leadership development services are from the JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) lens.
Our newest Conscious Leadership Program (a Leadership Development certification) is open to all leaders for different areas of needs within their leadership journey. We cover bias training, communicating and adapting with your teams, as well as psychological safety, aligning values and trust in teams.
