Founded in 2015 by Nick Sanford, Toss & Fire was born from a love for great pizza and a passion for bringing people together. Inspired by the authentic flavors and community spirit he grew up with in Connecticut, he decided it was time to follow his dream and bring wood-fired, hand-tossed pizza to CNY. In 2015, Nick had hit the road with a single wood-burning oven mounted on a trailer, serving up creations like the now-iconic ‘Cuse Salt Potato pizza.
What started as a mobile operation has grown into something much larger. Today, Toss & Fire operates three wood-fired pizza trucks and three restaurant locations, becoming a beloved staple in Central New York. Our journey continues, fueled by a commitment to quality, community, and the love of bringing people together, one slice at a time.
