Starting with the year 2003, TOTEM Research handled numerous projects on advertising, surveys and market research. The main focus turned out to be the social and medical field. The mission of TOTEM Research is to satisfy the need of research on the market and to promote brands and products. This means that we are always on the look out for new ways to find new ways and means of research. TOTEM Research has all the necessary means to provide competitive research projects. We have a team of 15 permanent employees (psychologists, sociologists, research experts, data analysts etc) that work with a private network of field operators, coordinators and data entry operators. More then that TOTEM Research benefits from the counseling of experts from a great rage of domains ( marketing, human resources, sociology, psychology, medicine, etc) according to the profile of the project. As a result of the complex projects conducted along the years, at the moment, TOTEM Research has numerous partnerships with research companies and research institutes from countries like Moldavia, Ukraine, Italy, Germany, France, India, Canada. TOTEM Research makes sure that its permanent and part-time employees have the necessary means for personal and professional development. The team can attend periodical trainings based on our own training materials elaborated by our own communication and research experts or based on well-known instruments developed by international research organizations. Furthermore TOTEM Research wants to offer its support to the sociology and psychology students by giving them the chance to attend practice programs included in its research projects. The students can choose to study the research literature in the TOTEM’s private library or get actively involved in some or all the stages of the research project.
