TouchPoint Alliance was formed by a group of pioneering industry leaders in the Spring of 2009 as a way to leverage divergent, yet complementary inbound and outbound "market of one" customer communication capabilities, thereby accelerating their acceptance and effectiveness for member organizations, sponsors and the industry as a whole. The mission of TouchPoint Alliance is to: Facilitate among stakeholders the sharing of information, knowledge, and opportunities within the Enterprise Marketing Communications & Services industry, thereby encouraging and fostering healthy, sustainable commerce between Alliance members and the organizations they serve.
