Touchstone Services

Touchstone Services is an administrative service that connects clients with mobile-based mental health professionals around New York State. We provide all administrative duties, as well as connect clinicians with the clinical support they need to effectively help their clients. Together, we’ve reshaped the delivery model based on the 21st-century specific needs of our region with rapid mobile therapy directly into peoples' homes. The clinicians we contract with, located in various counties throughout New York State, are masters-level social workers and mental health counselors. These clinicians are addressing generational poverty through a unique form of mobile wrap-around encapsulation. This is accomplished through an integrated community approach, built on wellness-based preventative thinking, connectivity, and immediacy. Referrals are set up with licensed clinicians within 24-48 hours, usually less, with treatment typically beginning within the week.
