TOUCHWOOD is an established, independent, artisan furniture maker. Each piece is made with beauty and sustainability in mind, as an integral element of the designs. The wood used in much of our furniture started life as part of a structure, often a house. Respecting the age of, and recognising such wood deserves another life, our artisan carpenters breathe new life into our carefully curated, salvaged wood by creating the furniture and fittings you see illustrated and more besides. Items shown on the website are examples of pieces we've created for our clients. All pieces made are bespoke and therefore sizes, colours, wood types and iron work are a matter of choice so that each piece is as individual as the client is. Specific design details are discussed upon enquiry, with photos shared during the production process to ensure a clients vision is met and to feel part of the journey.
