Tourism Swansea Bay

Tourism Swansea Bay (TSB) is an independent trade organisation, bringing together all businesses involved with tourism, leisure and hospitality in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot areas and providing a voice on their behalf. TSB’s primary role is to represent our members not just locally but on a regional and national level as the independent voice of tourism, leisure and hospitality businesses in the Swansea Bay area. Being a focal point for our members for information and assistance - We also provide business support, training and networking opportunities for all our members, enabling them to be more effective in their business, giving visitors to Swansea Bay a better experience. TSB are also responsible for the Gower Ambassadors project, providing professionally trained, local and knowledgeable ambassadors for the Swansea Bay Area, to enhance the visitor experience and support local events. Ambassadors are available to provide visitors with information about the heritage and landscape of Gower including local stories, advice, and recommendations that might otherwise be difficult to find.
