They incorporated Touristerguide as a privately held company on November 8, 2015. Touristerguide will continue to be the umbrella company for its Internet interests. Upon completion of the restructure, Abhishek Goyal was appointed CEO & Mayank Goyal COO of Touristerguide. The company's rapid growth since incorporation has triggered a chain of products, acquisitions, and partnerships beyond Touristerguide's core tourism part.
