Tovanot B’Hinuch (Insights in Education) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting social and economic leadership and increasing the chances of success for students from disadvantaged backgrounds in Israel. Founded in 2011 through a partnership between Dr. Yossi Vardi, industry and high-tech leaders, philanthropic foundations, and education expert Karen Tal, we strive to break the correlation between socioeconomic background and future success. MISSION We believe every student deserves a chance to excel, regardless of background. We achieve this by: • Developing strong managerial leadership in schools • Enhancing the quality of teaching and learning • Fostering organizational resilience to create a thriving educational environment OUR APPROACH Our unique, three-pronged model provides comprehensive support: • Management Culture: We equip school leaders with the skills necessary for effective management and strategic planning. • Educational Culture & Pedagogy: We work with educators to improve teaching methods and create engaging learning experiences. • Organizational Culture & Well-being: We promote a positive school climate, fostering collaboration and resilience.
