Tower Engineering Company (TEC) provides analysis, upgrade design, new tower siting and design, grounding design, field evaluation, observation of towers, special inspection of new tower construction, radio equipment facilities evaluation, and communications buildings design for the broadcasting and mobile communications industry.
Our experience with designing new towers, evaluating and observing the condition of over 1,500 towers in the past 35 years, qualifies us as one of the best firms to provide the services needed for new tower design.
• We can perform tower designs, shelter designs, and site layouts for any type of tower.
• We have worked with numerous government agencies to design new towers that require a final tower design to have a maximum stress under 50% for all parts with maximum loading incorporated.
• We include land features that create the topography effects and exposure conditions, and any emergency use or government agency we specify Class III structures criteria.
• We will design all the towers to the Latest TIA-222-H standard and will include seismic consideration for all the towers where there are seismic events.
In addition to the engineering services that TEC provides, we added companies that provide Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geotechnical services, FAA applications for Flight Hazard Marking. For the Survey of sites for site plans, we plan to retain local survey firms for each area we go to.
TEC provides engineering services for any tower work regardless of permit type. All our work is done by licensed Civil and/or Structural Engineers in the state where the project is located.
