My name is Lauri and I am the founder of Toxic Workplace Project! If you are currently working in toxic environment, you are not alone! I understand your plight well as I am a survivor of bullying and toxic work environments in my career. I hold a Master of Science in Applied Organizational Anthropology from the University of North Texas and graduated first out of 500+ students in my cohort - good times! My (unfortunate) personal experience with bullying coupled with my formal education and experience working with organizations led me to create WBP and support those who are suffering at the hands of a bully. Understanding bullying within the context of organizational culture provides a unique view and holistic perspective which can offer great clarity to the dynamics at play.
