We help companies ensure that their transfer pricing policies are defendable to tax authorities, and we predominately help companies strengthen their transfer pricing policies that are not working the way they are desired. Specifically, we focus on ensuring the transfer pricing is tax efficient, easy to administer on a day to day basis, and that they are aligned with how a business operates in order to minimize internal conflicts. Located in southwestern Ontario, Canada, TP Compass has experience predominately with related party transactions involving Canada and the United States.
