TP Mechanical & Engineering Ltd is a leading ISO9001 Certified Engineering company based in Wiri, with a large purpose-built workshop tailored to all aspects of steel fabrication and machining with a secondary workshop specializing in Stainless steel fabrication. This includes Stainless steel tanks and associated Stainless steel, aluminium and carbon pipe work. Our services cover a diverse range of manufacturing activities including CAD design, Fabrication and installation of tanks, piping works, plant services, material handling equipment, pumping, vacuum and heating systems and food industry conveyor systems. We also cover Reverse Engineering, Tank Seismic Validation. This covers tank survey, core sampling, thickness testing, design upgrades if needed, including fabrication and installation of upgrades, seismic certification to PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4. We have a full inhouse Quality Assurance Management System. This covers all aspects of material handling, weld inspection to ASME and 1554, material test certificates, welder qualifications, ITP and all documentation related to the afore mentioned. We are certified to fabricate Tanks, in accordance with clauses 94 & 95 of Schedule 8 of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004. We have qualified welders to ASME 9, 2980, 9606 and experienced maintenance, mechanical tradesmen on our staff, including our own Riggers and scaffolders. We are big on Health and Safety and have our own full time internal H&S Manager at TP Mechanical & Engineering Ltd.
