What is TPBCSS doing:
1️⃣ Community Outreach: Identify the needs of individuals and families, organizing community events and offering assistance in accessing social welfare benefits and services.
2️⃣ Counseling and Support: Provide counseling services to school children, carers, and families facing various challenges, such as education, relationship issues, grief, etc. The social worker team's services has extended to over 350 schools in HK.
3️⃣ Elderly Care: Provide programs that support the elderly population with home visits, neighborhood support, dementia-friendly environments, social activities, and healthcare referrals.
4️⃣ Youth and Children Programs: Offers after-school programs, mentoring, tutoring, and specialized initiatives for children with special education needs.
