TPG Aged Care

TPG Aged Care has been a significant provider of community based aged care services in the North, East and South-East Perth Metropolitan Aged Care Planning Regions for over 17 years, providing aged care support services to 1200 clients through contract and brokerage arrangements under a broad range of funding programs. We also provide community care for clients exiting hospitals under the Transitional Care Hospital and Home Link Programs and are one of the largest metropolitan Veterans’ Homecare Program’s service providers in Western Australia. The Company’s experience is also reflected in the amount of transitional work undertaken for the Swan Health Service, Amana Living, Uniting Community Care, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Joondalup Hospital, the Neurological Council and for high needs clients under the Neurodegenerative Conditions Co-ordinated Care Program (NCCCP).
