TPG Aged Care has been a significant provider of community based aged care services in the North, East and South-East Perth Metropolitan Aged Care Planning Regions for over 17 years, providing aged care support services to 1200 clients through contract and brokerage arrangements under a broad range of funding programs. We also provide community care for clients exiting hospitals under the Transitional Care Hospital and Home Link Programs and are one of the largest metropolitan Veterans’ Homecare Program’s service providers in Western Australia.
