The TPlus3 Fund is a hedge fund designed to provide an enhanced fixed income return for investors by offering an additional fixed 3% annually above T-bills.
FUND DIFFERENTIATORS:
- We do not charge a management fee, and we do not pass through fund expenses to investors. We, as the GP, cover all fund expenses.
- We, as the GP, provide a 10% capital commitment match to each LP investment, serving as a backstop and first loss piece to secure each investor's pledged 3% return above T-bills in the event of any underperformance.
- Enhanced liquidity profile. 60-day redemption. No lock-up period.
INVESTMENT STRATEGY:
Investor capital is held in short-term T-bills at our prime broker. This ensures stable passthrough T-bill returns. An additional 3% is generated via a hedged options strategy in the S&P 500 Index, which MBX has run for several years with $400M of internal family office capital.
