Traceability Matters is a consulting company which offers food, meat and beverage manufacturers assessments of their traceability and technology systems to advise on how they could integrate and consolidate their information into one live program. Judith Kirkness is the founder, and she educates and works with companies to help them use technology to capture lot and expiry information and then use that data to compute costs, yields, profitability across items and customers, grow and become more profitable. Judith has experience helping customers introduce barcode scanning and handheld warehouse management as well as traceability ERP.
