Trace Orthopedics is developing a new medical device for tendon reattachment without surgery. We offer a new, minimally invasive procedure by utilizing the interior space of a needle to accommodate a specially designed screw and wire coil implant.
We will pioneer soft tissue-to-bone fixation without an incision and using only local anesthetic and conscious sedation. Our device will quickly repair these injuries using imaging guidance through a percutaneous needle, eliminating the need for costly or debilitating surgeries.
This product has broad application, a clear 510k FDA pathway and falls under existing reimbursement codes for repair procedures. We are excited to change the landscape of orthopedic care by offering better treatment and lower cost to a larger population.
