The Training Academy for Community Schemes (“TRACS”) brings you the latest development in community scheme education. With over 150 years of combined community scheme experience, we are fully equipped to offer expert advice and knowledge to property owners, residents and managers in South Africa. Our ultimate goal is to “educate an industry”. Our online training platform is: · FREE and interactive; · available in 5 languages namely, English, Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu and Sepedi; · can be accessed on multiple devices (cell phone, desktop and/or tablet); and · includes certification and a downloadable PDF guide in all 5 languages upon completion.
