Our mission is to reduce the number of firearm related deaths across the United States and the world by developing technology that enables owners to better secure their firearms from unwanted access and use, while protecting the rights and privacy of owners.
Trac Shot is a patented “Movement Detection Device” (MDD) designed to reduce the number of firearm related deaths by providing an additional layer of firearm security giving the owner the ability to prevent unauthorized movement of their firearms. We believe that if an owner and/or law enforcement could be notified immediately upon movement of a firearm by an unauthorized individual that the number of deaths could be significantly reduced. We accomplish this by attaching a small movement detection device to any firearm that when activated will notify the owner or law enforcement instantly when a firearm is unknowingly moved. The idea is that when notified of unauthorized movement of their firearm they can take immediate action to secure their weapon and prevent potential harm.
