Tract Engineering is a small, locally owned, land development firm. It was opened in August of 2023 by Daniel Kovacs, PE, who has 18 years of comprehensive experience in land design and civil engineering. Kovacs sought to integrate complex suburban and urban development with the most advanced tools available in the field. This vision has propelled Tract Engineering to deliver exceptional results on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, from small-scale developments to large, intricate undertakings. Our clients include U-Haul, Lennar Homes, and Posh Salon Suites.
