Traction Battery Services was established in 2014 with a vision to assist our clients in saving costs on all their materials handling requirements. One of our key products is the process of electrochemical de-sulphation, of lead acid batteries. Through the electrochemical de-sulphation process, we have saved our clients thousands, if not millions, of Rands on pre-mature battery failures and increased the life expectancy of their batteries, which in turn reduced operational costs and increased their profits. Equipped with some of the world’s most advanced instruments, and the highest quality of workmanship, we strive to ensure that every lead acid battery, under our care, runs at its optimum capacity for the entire duration of its life. Over the years, we have expanded from being solely a battery orientated company to becoming a one stop materials handling partner. The success of our business has been based on exceptional service levels, complimented by a team, that collectively have over 25 years of experience in the Materials handling industry. We enjoy extensive relationships with all major forklift OEM’s in South Africa and we are able to assist our clients with new, used and rental forklifts, reach trucks and other specialised materials handling equipment.
