Traction Equipment was established in Stafford in 1972 as an independent Tool Hire Company. Traction still retains its independence and serves the Stafford locality and surrounding county of Staffordshire. Customer Service has always been the focus at Traction and remains so today with every employee dedicated to meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations with a high standard of quality of service. In 1993 our quality of service was recognised by the British Standards Institute with accreditation to BS5750 Quality Assurance, our commitment to quality over the years has meant that we are now accredited to BS EN ISO9001:2008. Our growing portfolio of products now extends to a wide selection of construction plant including excavators, dumpers, rollers, access platforms and specialist ground sensitive rough terrain vehicles.
