I offer support and guidance to women who are feeling stuck and uncertain about themselves, their careers, and other aspects of their lives. Through a combination of simple psychology and grounded spirituality I will walk alongside you on your journey towards finding inner and outer alignment as well as clarity, purpose, and a deeper sense of joy. My ultimate goal is to create a safe and empowering space to explore various areas, including: -career transitions -processing big life changes -grief -anxiety -people pleasing and perfectionism -ruminating thoughts -setting boundaries I use a roadmap that we navigate together so you can unlock yourself and live your most authentic and healthiest life. No one needs to be fixed, as we already have it inside of us. It’s just some self awareness and self discovery. Each one of us is a gift and we have a right to feel this everyday.
