Trades Guild

At Trades Guild, we believe in the power of second chances. We offer a lifeline to young individuals in the community facing challenges, our youth who have struggled with unemployment, homelessness, addiction, mental health issues or lack formal education. Our goal is to empower them through our life skills program, giving them support and mentorship to build a brighter future through on-the-job training and mentorship. We increase family stability, reduce criminal relapse, contribute to a more skilled workforce and a thriving local economy. Today, Trades Guild is a beacon of hope, transforming the lives of countless marginalized individuals in our community. Our apprentices get skilled trades training, a life skills program, job placement assistance and a supportive environment. Our vision extends beyond immediate needs. We believe in creating a ripple effect of positive change: Stronger Communities, Reduced Criminal Relapse, and Family Stability.
