With offices in Portugal, Brazil, and Mozambique, we have global presence through CFI-Corporate Finance Internacional, a leading M&A nework with presence in more than 20 countries. With a large experience in representing international enterpreneurs looking for investment and/or divestment opportunities worldwide, we have an experimented team working on its differents locations, allowing a global, professional and effective presence in diferent countries. In 2011 we launched an independent M&A strucutre in Brazil (S. Paulo), joining as a reference shareholder, a local M&A structure to create TFCF - TRADINVESTE FIRB CORPORATE FINANCE.
