Trail Ahead Therapy

Trail Ahead Therapy was established in 2018 and is located near Old Town in Albuquerque, NM. We offer space to heal with highly qualified licensed therapists who are dedicated to helping people achieve a holistic sense of wellbeing in body and mind. We have a trauma-informed approach in every aspect of both our office and psychotherapy practices. Our therapists specialize in the following concerns: grief, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, self-acceptance, healthy attachment, and adjusting to parenthood. We utilize a number of evidence-based methods in our practice, such as: EMDR, trauma therapy, somatic awareness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. Trail Ahead Therapy is a queer-owned small business that is LGBTQ+, BIPOC and HAES allied. We strive not to just offer “competent” care, but mental health with a professional that you can identify with.
