Trail is a creative firm based on the triptych of architecture, interior- and product design, founded by Manos Babounis. Trail Practice perceives space as a dynamic and ever-evolving field of interaction. For us, design transcends three dimensions, focusing on the intricate relationships between individuals and their environments. Our expertise, unconventional perspective on the existing, and respect for user needs are our primary design tools. Our team values each project as unique, emphasizing differentiation as a critical component in the creative process. We aim to craft dynamic narratives that interweave the specificities of the locus and its inhabitants within the spatial qualities of the designed outcome. These narratives take on a sculptural form by re-introducing materials already present in the immediate environment with unexpected methods and techniques. Through minimal interventions, we create architectural experiences that draw inspiration from tradition while capturing the complexity of modern life. Our eco-sensitive approach is applied across projects of varying scales and complexities, consistently experimenting with the interplay between interiority and exteriority. Our ongoing collaborations with significant commercial brands affirm our expertise in constructing a recognizable brand identity, capable of being quietly repeated while expressed uniquely. When synthesis extends beyond physical boundaries and evolves into the creation of an architectural vocabulary, design functions as a world within worlds.
