The Trail Walking Club organises walks for our customers and partners in the mountains of the United Kingdom. The TWC is a none profit organisation and is funded by its members.
We also run Leading Change in the Mountains, which is a two day practical event that teaches how to lead organisational change in the mountain ranges of the UK and Ireland.
LCITM is the training arm of Leading Core Change and Leading Change UK Limited
The target audience is organisations that are going through change and what to bring the guiding team together to work in a more coherent way. The target is two achieve two common/group goals over the 2 day period.
