Train Garden

Train Garden is a platform for under-skilled people seeking employment opportunities in the sustainability sector. We track the skill development of job seekers in their communities and connect them with green employers who embrace skills-based hiring. By supporting job-seekers with gaining new skills and employment in the sustainability sector, we will support the United Kingdom in reducing the green skills shortages limiting its net-zero commitments. An MVP of the platform is currently in development.
