TrainForLifeAthletics has a professional chef on board for diet/nutritional guidance that doesn't feel like you're betraying your taste buds, a true black-belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu who is a trained commando from the Brazilian Army, and University of Rochester's group fitness instructor and certified personal trainer available to make house/gym visits to work with you 1 on 1 or in group sessions to better prepare you for what life has in store.
