At TRAINING4ALL we specialise in the management and development of training courses for European teachers and technicians, especially those participating in Erasmus+ mobility programmes under Key Action 1 (KA1). Our approach combines solid experience with a commitment to offer customised solutions that respond to the specific needs of each participant. Our company stems from more than 21 years of accumulated experience in European mobility programmes, initially developed through INCOMA. This path has allowed us to manage, over the years, more than 1,000 mobilities for training courses and Job Shadowings, under the INTERMOBILITY brand. At TRAINING4ALL we provide participants with a specialised catalogue of courses designed to improve the professional and technical skills of educators and workers in various sectors. From the planning and organisation of the mobilities to the delivery of the courses, we offer a comprehensive, professional service adapted to the needs of our clients. Our goal for 2026 is to consolidate our position as a leader in the sector, offering more than 50 courses designed to boost education and lifelong learning in Europe.
