We offer Mental Health Awareness & Mental Health First Aid training via Mental Health First Aid England courses (the only accredited instructor training organisation in England), along with courses in confidence building and other life skills.
Our qualified instructors undergo rigorous, professional training, also drawing on their own lived experience to ensure training is relevant and sensitive towards topics covered.
