TrainND Northwest, a division of Williston State College, meets the workforce training needs of Northwestern North Dakota as part of TrainND’s statewide workforce training network.
TrainND Northwest works with business, industry, government agencies, and non-profits to assess training needs and to deliver timely, relevant, cost effective training that maximizes employee productivity and improves entity performance.
TrainND Northwest is served by expert trainers who are passionate about providing the instruction employees need to succeed. Trainers keep pace with emerging trends and technology as informed by industry and other professional experts.
Training provided by TrainND Northwest is offered through open enrollment and industry contractual arrangements. Training can be customized to teach employees new skills, and to retrain or update existing skills.
