At Trainwright performance, our main aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle. We believe strength underpins everything the human body is built to achieve and we strive for our clients to achieve both mental and physical strength in all aspects of their training and wellness.
We are a family run Strength and Conditioning business, who have a genuine desire and passion within the health and fitness field both in and out of professional sport.
Harry (the older brother) has over 5+ years working for the Professional rugby team Exeter Chiefs as a junior academy Strength and rehabilitation specialist. After qualifying from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where he studied Strength, Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage.
Charlie (The younger brother) has had 5 years within professional rugby for Exeter Chiefs where he was a full time Professional rugby player, gaining multiple premiership appearances. Alongside this, he spent 3 years studying Sport and Exercise science at the University of Exeter.
Although brief, we hope this gives you the confidence within Trainwright to help you, your team or your work place to achieve the physical and mental strength it may need to perform at the elite level.
We offer a range of Training programmes, 1:1 and group based sessions remotely and in person.
