Bent Tram A/S - Mechanical tests

The Danish company Bent Tram A/S - in daily terms called Tram - designs, construct and build different kinds of mechanical test machines. The test machines are used to test all types of materials - from hearing aid to concrete - and in all types of companies - from production factories to educational and test institutions. The test machines are sold all over the world. Even though most of the test machines have their basis from a relative small number of basic machines the final test machine often ends up being customized and modified to meet the specific needs of each customer. With your Tram test machine you can not only test samples from your production but you can also use the test results to optimize your production process. We have a large number of different grips and fixtures which makes it possible to mount a test machine exactly to your product. Generally grips and fixtures are designed to fulfill the requirements of a specific material standard but grips and fixtures can also be designed according to your individually needs. All Tram test machines are equipped with our own PC program - TramQA. The various tests are arranged in a clear list in the program which makes it easy for the user to choose a test. All test data are stored in a calendar on the date which the test was performed. This gives you the possibility of a fast and efficient search for prior test - either to see the test results again or to reuse the test setup for a new test. Simultaneously TramQA automatically stores your test data either locally on the PC or on a central server. The test program can also be integrated to your ERP system. The automatic storage of test data eliminates typing errors.
