Established in 1982, Trammel Tooling Pty Ltd has grown from an owner-operator run business into a highly respected company operating out of its Wingfield facility. Trammel Tooling Pty Ltd became quality endorsed to ISO 9001 in December 1996. DEFENCE Trammel offers in-house manufacturing and precision working of sub-assembly components to Prime, Tier 2 & 3 Defence industry contractors, manufacturers and suppliers. Composite and Special Tool Kits for Operating, Intermediate and Depot Level Maintenance (R1 to R4) for all forms of Defence assets including, land vehicles, ocean surface and sub-surface vehicles, manned aircraft, RPAS aviation assets, system mounts and stowage fittings, as well as mounting structures for sensors and field infrastructure. Precision jigs, frames and support structures for component manufacture, production assembly and depot level maintenance of both parent assemblies and child sub-assemblies, as well as lifting jigs for hoisting and production assembly tasks. Trammel produces precision go, no-go test pieces, frames, jigs and pins for Maintenance Managed Items and lifed components. MANUFACTURING Trammel offers in-house advanced manufacturing, production tool support, precision working of sub-assembly components, jigs, extrusion dies for plastic and metallic forms, precision machining, special tools for manufacturers of whitegoods, automotive, packaging and bottling. Precision jigs, frames and support structures for manufacture, production assembly and maintenance. Lifting jigs for hoisting and assembly can also be designed and project managed to completion. Precision test frames, jigs, pins and go no-go test gauges for manufacturers and assembly line production.
