Aylak Mutfak, gıdanın tohumdan sofraya, sürdürülebilir ve eşitlikçi bir şekilde ulaşmasının müşterek bir hareket ile mümkün olduğu inancıyla, yerel aktörleri bir araya getirerek, savunuculuk ve farkındalık faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi gerektiği düşüncesiyle yola çıkıyor. Tramp Kitchen believes in collective action to bring food from the seed to the table sustainably and equitably, so it promotes advocacy and awareness-raising activities bringing local actors together. Our goal is to create a grassroots food movement involving all food actors in the city, sharing and exchanging knowledge and experience.
Tramp Kitchen takes its name from the notion of being a wanderer who feeds on contemplating and observing the city. It longs to discover the will and determination in the cycle of nature through the slowness and wisdom of a turtle that bears witness to it.
