Tramway Capital is a privately held investment partnership active in the Spanish real estate market. Our investment strategy has focused on value added and development opportunities in the office, hospitality, residential, mixed uses through direct investment in property and loans. Our investments have also focused on asset back operating businesses (such as healthcare) and their real estate. Our partners have built their track record investing domestically and internationally in direct real estate, corporate entities, asset backed loans and other debt instruments, and opco-propco structures in asset backed businesses. Our firm is an active investor in projects sponsored by our affiliate CONREN TRAMWAY, a joint venture launched with our partner Conren Land AG.
