I provide clinical hypnotherapy & strategic psychotherapy to clients who come for a range of conditions, ranging from; fears, phobias and all anxieties, weight loss, smoking cessation, PTSD, IBS all the way to sports and business performance gains. My background has a lot of 'Automotive' in it and so if I were to go on Mastermind for anything, it would be Cars! As such I have a great deal of knowledge in this area which includes Motorsport and Performance through racing and engineering race cars. Saloons mostly but some single seaters along the way.
