The Beginning
In 2003, Mr. Vikram Rana who is an Indian but loves Chinese language and culture equally decided to help travellers in India with his Chinese language expertise. After a decade of travelling experience and guiding Chinese Tours in India gradually, he realised that there is more to offer to the cause than just providing translations and guiding services and Trance Holidays was formed solely by him in 2012.
Introduction
Today, Trance Holidays Private Limited, registered with Ministry of Tourism, is an India based (D.M.C) Destination Management Company, dealing in In-bound Tours with meticulous expertise in Photography Tour, Buddhist Tours, Adventure Tour, Luxury Tour, Event Management, and Exhibitions & Conferences. Delivering meticulously planned, carefully curated and safely executed tours to various corners of the India and neighbouring countries.
We manage end to end execution, including trip design, putting together all aspects of a trip, logistic support, all done in house, by us, thus ensuring the highest performance with safety standards and consistent client experience majorly from China, that we are known for. For tours, conference and exhibitions outside the subcontinent we work with tried, tested and trusted local partners who share the same passion for impeccable delivery standards.
Quality more than quantity, customer delight more than mere satisfaction are the guiding forces behind the strong and steady strides that we are making in our trip experiences.
Expansion
Having ‘walked the talk’ and consistent support from our Foreign Tour Operators in China, Taiwan and other countries we started a branch office with the name “Blue Pearl Holidays” in Cochin-South India for cost efficiency and quality tours in South India. We always try to learn new and better ways to reduce the tour cost and pass on the benefit to our guests without compromising with the quality of the services.

We have only one clear aim, every single penny a guest spends should be of true value to them. So, we start the tour planning only after understanding the expectations and requirements of guests travelling with us. We also encourage our guest to be very free and open to share anything which they feel we can do to make the trip more special and unique for them. Here at ‘Trance Holidays’, we practice reasonable flexibility during the tour so that we can always add more and more good experiences for our guests.
The Founder
Mr. Vikram Rana - The founder and Managing Director of “Trance Holidays Private Limited” group of companies has deep love for Chinese language, culture and food. Having learnt the Chinese language from Jawahar Lal Nehru University, Delhi in 2003, he has travelled and explored every corner of several countries starting with India. With his clear vision and experienced leadership ‘Trance Holiday Private Limited’ has gained lot of appreciation and continued support from various players of tour and travel industry.
He is also founder of “Trance Photography and Cultural Association” which is a platform to exchanges ideas and cultural experiences.
