Tranquility Health LLC, is a certified provider of Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). Tranquility Health offers ARMHS to eligible recipients in order to enable them to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by symptoms of mental illness. We have professionals who specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic, and psychological trauma. You strive for more happiness, contentment, confidence, and less suffering.
