HISTORY OF SHOLAM HOSPITAL  Land Procurement in 2012  Construction Started in 2013  Construction Completed in 2015  Inaugurated and Commissioned as 40 Bedded Cat-D Hospital in June 2016  Privatized in January 2017 OVERVIEW Sheikha Fatima Bin Mubarak Model Hospital, Sholam Wana, South Waziristan Agency is the first pilot project of Trans-Continental Pharma as a Joint Venture through Public Private Partnership with Directorate of Health Services FATA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The hospital was operationalized by Trans-Continental Pharma (PVT) Ltd thereby deploying experienced Human Resource which has catered state of the Art facilities to the ailing and underprivileged community of the area. The hospital was officially operationalized from 1st January, 2017 under the supervisor control of Trans-Continental Pharma (PVT) Ltd and has got appreciation and commendation for strenuous efforts for delivering quality services in the confrontation affected area.
