TransCare is a non-profit charitable organization based in Scarborough, Ontario, dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of seniors and adults with disabilities since 1976. We offer a comprehensive range of home and community support services designed to help individuals maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.
Our programs include personal care, homemaking, respite care, Meals on Wheels, transportation, adult day programs, and telephone reassurance. Through our Home Care Supplies division, we provide essential products like incontinence supplies and mobility aids. Our dedicated Client Support team, comprised of social workers, assists clients in navigating health and wellness services.
